What should i expect at the initial viewing?
We will agree a suitable time to meet at the property and discuss with you exactly what it is we can help you with.
This is a great opportunity for you to tell us about any specific concerns or details of the job you want to make sure are covered and for us to be able to accurately assess the job and make some notes.
Usually we will take some pictures of the property* for us to refer back to when drafting up the quote, these pictures will never be shared online or with anyone outside of Sanis Cleaning Specialists.
We will then go away and draft up a detailed quote, bespoke to your needs and send it across for you to review.
*A photo usage agreement is available on request if you have any concerns regarding the photos we take.
How are jobs priced?
Each job varies in size, difficulty and level of detail required and so a bespoke price is calculated on a job by job basis
After viewing we will estimate how many total hours are needed, what equipment and materials are needed and any other costs, and then give you your price along with a detailed description of exactly what is included in that price.
All of our one-off cleaning jobs carry a minimum charge of £70.
Can you give prices over the phone?
We could, but it would always have to be an over-estimation, which doesn't help anyone.
If for any reason it is not possible to meet at the property to view in advance then the next best thing is to have some recent photos or a video showing what is required.
This along with a phone conversation discussing the photos/videos is sufficient to draft up a quote, but in-person viewing is always preferable.
How is Payment made?
All payment details are included on the quote, but in summary the preferred methods we accept are either BACS bank transfer or cash.
We also accept card payments (if agreed in advance)
We do not accept cheques.
An invoice will be provided with payment due date and bank details after the job has been completed.

Do i need to be home?
No. We often work independently using a spare key.*
If you need to be at home we of course can work around you but it is generally easier and safer for us to work without the worry of trip hazards, chemical usage and other risks to the customer.
*Sanis Cleaning Specialists takes full responsibility for the keys we are given and agree to cover the cost of replacing any locks and keys as needed if the keys we are given are lost.
Do you do any regular cleaning work?
The only regular cleaning work we currently offer is window cleaning in the Telford area.
If you are looking for weekly cleaning we may be able to help direct you to another recommended cleaner who can help you.
Are you insured?
Yes.
